EvoluGlass Returns and Refunds Policy

At EvoluGlass, we offer an extended return policy of up to 90 calendar days from the date you receive your order, subject to the following conditions.


📦 General Return Conditions (up to 90 days)

To be approved, a return must meet all the following requirements:

  • The item must be completely new and unused, with no signs of wear, scratches, dirt, or tampering.

  • The original packaging must be intact, including protective bags, tags, manuals, security seals, and/or stickers.

  • The product must not have been registered, activated, or installed (if applicable).

  • All original accessories must be included.

  • Proof of purchase (invoice, receipt, or confirmation email) must be attached.

  • You must notify us of your intention to return the item within 10 days of delivery by emailing:

  • The product must be shipped within 5 business days of our formal authorization, following the instructions provided by email.

❗Returns that do not meet all the above conditions will not be accepted.


🚚 Shipping and Handling Costs

For returns due to a change of mind, the customer will bear the costs of shipping, packaging, insurance, and any associated fees.

If the product was defective or incorrectly received, EvoluGlass will cover all costs and provide a free return shipping label.


🔧 Limited Performance Warranty – 90 Days

All our products come with a 90-day limited warranty from the date of purchase, valid only in the case of verifiable manufacturing defects.

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage due to drops, water, heat, or misuse.

  • Normal wear and tear or improper use.

  • Tampering, alterations, or attempted repairs.

If the warranty is approved, we will offer a repair, replacement, or store credit, depending on product availability.


🚨 Damage During Delivery (Important)

If your product arrives damaged or defective upon delivery, you must notify us within 7–14 calendar days from the delivery date.

To process a replacement or refund for delivery-related damage, the following is required:

  • Clear photo evidence of the damage

  • The original product and original packaging, including protective materials

Damage claims reported after this timeframe, or without the required evidence and packaging, may not be eligible for replacement or refund, even if they fall within the 90-day warranty period.


🎁 Gifts

If an item is purchased as a gift, we strongly recommend inspecting the product upon delivery, even if it will be opened at a later date.

Damage claims are evaluated based on the delivery date, not the date the item is opened or gifted. Claims reported outside the required timeframe may not be eligible for replacement or refund.


❌ Items Not Eligible for Return or Refund

Returns will not be accepted for the following items:

  • Customized or made-to-order products.

  • Personal-use items (such as cosmetics, headphones, or face masks) that have been opened.

  • Clearance items or products with special discounts.

  • Gift cards or electronic codes.

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.


🔄 Exchanges

Due to logistical reasons, we do not process direct exchanges.
If you want a different product, please follow the return process above and place a new order separately.


🇪🇺 Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

In accordance with European regulations, if you reside in the EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase without giving any reason within 14 calendar days of receipt.
This right is independent of our 90-day policy.

To exercise it, the item must be unused, in perfect condition, and in its original packaging.
The buyer will bear the return shipping costs, except in cases of defect or error.


💰 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether it has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
